Intermediate Bulk Containers

Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) are rigid, semi-rigid or flexible portable packaging that have a capacity of not more than 3000 litres. It is designed for mechanical handling to facilitate easy storage and transportation of bulk chemical and other products. Each IBC is approximate the size of the standard pallet and are stackable. IBC can be transported in loose or via standard shipping containers. IBCs decrease customer costs through reduced handling, storage space and shipping expenses. IBCs are easy to use, transport and recycle.

IBCs includes totes.

Totes

The tote is an IBC bottle fitted within a cage of tubular steel and secured to a 4-way pallet base which can be made of wood or steel. It can be stacked to 3 storeys high and is mainly reusable. Goodpack® IBC is generally used in the packaging, transportation and storage of various solid, liquid and powder bulk cargo.

Vertical pallet pools are an economical option for expanding storage and automating production on one machining center. The basic model has 6 buffer stations and one loading station. The 2- and 3-level VPP accommodates 11 to 15 buffer stations without consuming any additional floor space.
